Every plan starts with the £1,250 reservation. A £500 damage deposit is held with your final balance and refunded in full after your day.

Is there a minimum guest number?
Minimum numbers on our Traditional and Twilight packages vary by date and season, so the easiest way to check is to build a quote with MatchMaker. Our Intimate package is designed for up to 30 guests.
What does the pricing include?
Our full-day packages are all-inclusive of food and drink, covering canapés, your wedding breakfast, a drinks package and evening catering. Twilight prices cover the venue hire with catering chosen from our buffet menus and added separately. Either way, there are no hidden costs or per-head surprises.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer handy payment plans so you can spread the cost of your wedding across staged instalments. A deposit secures your date, and the final balance is due six weeks before your day, after your final wedding meeting.
Are prices the same all year?
No. Pricing varies by date and season, with peak and off-peak periods. Weekday and winter weddings can offer real savings without compromising on any of the experience. MatchMaker prices your chosen date in seconds.
What additional costs should we budget for?
Your package covers the venue and your catering, with food and drink built in on our full-day packages and chosen from our buffet menus on Twilight. You'll need to budget separately for your photographer, flowers, cake and any external suppliers you bring in.
Is the venue hire exclusive?
With our exclusive Signature package, yours is the only wedding at the venue that day. The venue, grounds and team are entirely yours.

We had a Twilight wedding at the Apple Barn in June. The barn itself is so beautiful with fairy lights throughout, and the courtyard is great for photos and for guests to mingle. Tscharna was our coordinator and could not have done more for us, calming any nerves and keeping everything running smoothly. We went for the evening BBQ and had lots of guests praising their meal. Would definitely recommend The BarnYard.
We had our wedding on the hottest day ever recorded for a May bank holiday. From our first visit, to booking, to the big day and afterwards, I have not got a single complaint. They were always on hand and no question was ever too much. All our guests commented on the staff, the beautiful setting and the food especially. We had literally the perfect day.

The service on the day was absolutely impeccable. The staff truly went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream, from extensive planning to helping me surprise my groom, helping me walk in my dress, and coordinating between the live pianist and our music.
