• Sonas, the booking and enquiry system our team uses to manage your enquiry, event and payment plan.
• ResDiary, which powers our restaurant table reservations.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs our website live chat and some of our enquiry and marketing messages.
• Google, for website analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Google Ads).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for measuring and improving our social media advertising.
• Our payment providers, who process card payments securely.
• Our website host and email providers, who keep the site online and our messages flowing.

We may also share information with our professional advisers, or with authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Some of the companies above, such as Google and Meta, are based outside the UK or may store data in countries including the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on the protections recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK's adequacy regulations, the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses, so that your information stays properly protected wherever it goes.
