The Arboretum is our glass marquee, with a fairylit ceiling and crystal chandeliers, set in 150 acres of Kent orchards and gardens. It gives your year group a real wow moment on arrival and a backdrop for prom photos they will be tagging for weeks.

Our events team plans the whole night with you, the menu, the DJ, the decorations, flowers and photographer, so the committee and the teachers are not left juggling it all. Tell us how you want the evening to run and we will build it around your year group at our Kent prom venue.

All prom packages are for a minimum (chargeable) of 120 guests and include all the essentials for your evening: glass marquee hire, stage and dance floor, bar and bar staff, catering, tables, chairs and table linen, as well as SIA security staff.

    The Arboretum hosts proms for up to 300 students. We work hand in hand with school events organisers and parent committees on ticketing, arrival timings, transport coordination and safeguarding, and we've done it for schools right across Medway, Swale, Maidstone and beyond. Our team understands exactly what a school event needs, and takes every responsibility seriously.
