The BarnYard isn't only for weddings. Set in 150 acres of Kent orchards, we have five spaces to hire: the glass-pavilion Arboretum for up to 300, the rustic Apple Barn for up to 180, the Roost and the Rooster for up to 50 each, and the cosy Mezzanine for up to 24. Take one area or hire the whole place, for parties, proms, baby showers, corporate days and quiet, dignified gatherings alike. The BarnYard sits in the orchards at Upchurch, between Rainham and Sittingbourne, a few minutes from the A2 and M2. There is free parking on site for every event, and taxis from Rainham or Sittingbourne stations take about ten minutes.

Which space suits my numbers?
The Arboretum takes up to 300 guests, the Apple Barn up to 180, The Roost and The Rooster up to 50 each, and the Mezzanine seats 24. Tell us your numbers and we will point you at the right room.
Can you cater for us?
Yes, every event is fed by our own kitchen, the same team that cooks for our weddings, using locally sourced ingredients and produce we grow ourselves.
Is there parking?
Free on-site parking for all your guests, right by the courtyard.
